Softbee builds software, secure services and private AI for small and medium businesses, and writes down what it learns along the way.
Why Softbee exists.
It started from a simple frustration: too many tools, too many logins, too many invoices, and nobody to ask when something broke.
So we built our own services to fix that, one account and one invoice for the things a business needs every day. Along the way we found ourselves building software for others, and learning how much faster that can be with AI doing the heavy lifting under human supervision.
Today we do three things: ready-to-use services, custom software, and a laboratory where we test private AI and tell you honestly how it goes.

If we cannot explain something simply, we have not understood it yet. You get clear answers and clear prices.

We design everything so your information stays under your control, and we say plainly what we can and cannot promise.
Built to last
We would rather build something modest that works for years than something impressive that needs rescuing.
Why a hexagon?
A honeycomb is a lesson in teamwork: many small cells, each simple, that together hold a lot and use space well. That is how we like to build. Each service does one job properly, and they fit together.
Where we are.
We are based in the UK and work with businesses here and in Italy. We reply within one working day, from real people.
