Is MailReply an email program?
No. It is an assistant that handles replies for you. You still read and write your email the way you do today.
Can I use my company's domain?
Yes. You can set up addresses on your own domain, so replies come from your company's name.
When does it reply?
Whenever one of your rules applies, such as outside opening hours or while you are away. You decide the rules and the wording.
What about the AI assistant?
It is coming soon. When it arrives you will choose how much it does on its own: only suggest replies, or send them for you.
